An affidavit can replace a B-BBEE certificate for exempt micro enterprises and +51% black-owned small enterprises.
The affidavit may only be completed by directors or members
of the entity requesting verification - no third parties are allowed.
In the same manner, as any B-BBEE certificate, your B-BBEE affidavit is valid for one year from the date of its stamping by a commissioner of oaths
