• Manage day to day operations of the Ratings Agency
• Ensuring clients complete satisfaction with Muthelo’s performance
• Being empowered to draw at any time from our ranks in order to meet clients’ needs
• Maintaining key relationships with clients
• Being a critical sounding board for client senior management and setting the pace and providing Strategic direction at all stages of the assignment”
• Developing new customers and channels to market and manage existing clients and channel partner relationships
• Developing strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved and shareholder value is delivered
• Development, review and refinement of the Company’s business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace
• Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner.
